Where are they now? Ribble Valley Inns.

Sean came to the College at the age of 14 from school to do cooking. During his time here he got to work alongside a number of the country’s leading chefs including Nigel Haworth, Lisa Allen and Kenny Atkinson.

“I enjoy everything about the college; meeting new people and learning something new every day. I have grown in confidence, and I’ve competed against students from other colleges.”

“I am currently working in one of Nigel Haworth’s Ribble Valley Inns. Getting to work with a Michelin-starred chef is something I never thought I could achieve. But I am and I’m loving it.”
