The College has two Counsellors who can help if you are experiencing difficulties that are affecting your mental health and wellbeing. If you feel overwhelmed, stressed, experience difficulties with your mental health, personal life, or studies, you can access our confidential support and advice.
Counselling can support you with all kinds of personal difficulties which you may have no control of, such as:
General unhappiness, loneliness, shyness, depression, anxiety
Personal worries, family problems, bereavement, eating disorders, drug and alcohol problems, relationship break-ups, sexuality, self-harm
Academic pressures, exam anxiety or failure, poor study, concentration, lack of motivation
